ABOUT
I am a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and adults on their journey to mental well-being. I believe in empowering my clients by supplying a supportive environment to build connections, gain insight, and challenge oneself when necessary. Together, by utilizing a safe space for exploration and growth, we'll work on exploring patterns in relationships, problem-solving to facilitate positive change, and promoting self-discovery.

I am currently licensed as a psychologist in the states of Colorado, New Jersey, and New York. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. There, my research focused on understanding ways in which individuals attach to those around them, how those attachments can form early in life, and ways in which attachment can be a valuable tool in the therapy process.

I began my career at the Frost School in Rockville, Maryland, where I expanded my skills as a clinician specializing in anxiety, mood disorders, learning challenges, and developmental delays. I then moved into working at college counseling centers where I helped young adults navigating the complexities of transitioning from adolescence to early adulthood. In these settings, I worked closely with the LGBTQ+ communities on campus by offering support, empowering individual students through their identities, and advocating on their behalf as they faced the difficulty of navigating their identities.

I currently practice using a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform and am available by office hours only. Please see below for my contact information.
